There are guides on this site that tell you how to add together your own controllers. Basically you'll demand to use a different app on the Wii to become the values for your inputs and put these into a text document that yous add to the controller folder for nintendont. Would link to the guides but I cbb to look for them right at present.Sadly, y'all cannot use a usb GameCube controller, I tried it on a Wii and WiiU, information technology only works on the Nintendo Switch or a PC/Mac. I employ it on my Dolphin Emulator on my PC every bit a WiiMote and a GameCube controller.

A short summary of what you have to do is:
one. Plug your gc controller in a usb port.
ii. Run the HID_test_6 homebrew from homebrew launcher on vWii
three. Take annotation of the offsets you get and add them to a controller.ini according to this guide.
4. When you're done with all the inputs, put this .ini in a "controller" binder on the root of your sd.

Yes I did, I have to install the HID test and load information technology on homebrew channel right? but it is for wii or vwii (I take wii)I'll see what I can find.--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------
First, did you follow the guide on the nintendont page hither on gbatemp? Scroll down to "Your USB-HID controller is not in the list?"

It works on both. I didn't run across yous said you have a Wii, but the procedure is the aforementioned. I edited my post above with a brusk guide.Yes I did, I have to install the HID test and load it on homebrew aqueduct right? but it is for wii or vwii (I take wii)

ok ok I'll endeavour right nowIt works on both. I didn't run across you said you have a Wii, only the procedure is the aforementioned. I edited my mail to a higher place with a short guide.

Here'southward an example of how an .ini will expect similar. I got information technology from nintendont's github repository. Didn't see your controller among the premade .ini's, if not I would've sent you that one.

ok I see the numbers and they alter when I press all the buttons, I'll endeavour to config it nowHere'due south an case of how an .ini will look similar. I got information technology from nintendont's github repository. Didn't see your controller amid the premade .ini's, if not I would've sent you lot that one.

Good, the fact that the numbers change means that you have a nintendont compatible controller. Savour!ok I see the numbers and they change when I press all the buttons, I'll try to config it now

thankss, but don't get out me alona hahah wait me, what should I do with the joysticks? they have lots of different combinationsGood, the fact that the numbers change means that you have a nintendont compatible controller. Enjoy!
- #fourteen
For the joysticks I believe you accept to push them to the border on the x-axis and y-axis separately and set those numbers equally your values.thankss, but don't go out me alona hahah wait me, what should I do with the joysticks? they have lots of different combinations
- #xv
ok ok Im taking notation of all of themFor the joysticks I believe you take to push them to the edge on the x-axis and y-axis separately and fix those numbers as your values.
- #sixteen
Really I was mistaken for the joysticks. It's a lot easier. Here'due south an extract of the guide I linked to in a higher place:ok ok Im taking note of all of them
For example, if no push is pressed, the MayFlash Wii Classic Controller to USB Adapter gives:
7A 8A 86 2F 00 0F 00 00Analog Sticks simply need offset, not value. Instance pressing right analog stick to the right:
FF 8A 86 2F 00 0F 20 00Equally you tin can see first nada changed, and so you would write:
CStickX=0
Showtime null is the name of the outset paired numbers or messages in the sequence. Originally when null is pressed offset null shows 7A, when cstick is moved in this example it changes to FF. Basically you demand to write in your ini which of the 8 offsets (: paired values) that changes whenever you move the stick. In the in a higher place example they wrote 0 since information technology was the first pair that inverse. And they outset counting from 0. Make sure to only motion your analog stick in one centrality when doing this. Either up-downwardly(y-axis) or right-left (10-axis).

ohh so I should just write 0 on both, the yellow i and the white oneActually I was mistaken for the joysticks. It's a lot easier. Here'south an excerpt of the guide I linked to higher up:Offset null is the name of the first paired numbers or messages in the sequence. Originally when nothing is pressed kickoff nothing shows 7A, when cstick is moved in this example information technology changes to FF. Basically y'all need to write in your ini which of the 8 offsets (: paired values) that changes whenever you motility the stick. In the above example they wrote 0 since information technology was the commencement pair that inverse. And they kickoff counting from 0.
- #18
No, that'south wrong. That could potentially make your left stick and right stick both work as the right or left stick's up and down movement, if 0 is indeed 1 of the two sticks' showtime for either x or y axial movement. I edited my mail service higher up btw.ohh so I should just write 0 on both, the yellow one and the white ane
- #19
ook now I have the values, Ill endeavor to create a .ini nowNo, that's wrong. That could potentially make your left stick work as a right stick or reverse, if that is one of the stick's outset. I edited my postal service btw.
--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------
ook now I take the values, Ill try to create a .ini at present

At present follow this format to make the .ini:
StickX is the left-right management on the white stick and CstickX is the left-right direction on the yellow stick.VID=
PID=
DPAD=1
A=2,01 <- ii is the pair, and then the beginning. Going from your pictures, for y'all this should be "0,04"
B=2,02
Ten=2,04
Y=two,08
Z=3,02
L=3,08
R=3,04
S=3,01
Left=ii,10
Downwards=2,40
Right=2,20
Up=2,80
RightUp=2,A0
DownRight=2,60
DownLeft=2,50
UpLeft=two,90
StickX=4,0,100
Gummy=5,0,100
CStickX=6,0,100
CStickY=7,0,100
--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------
Await I just noticed yous can press your joysticks? I estimate yours is more than than simply a usb replica of the original gamecube controller so. If you desire to register these buttons, fifty-fifty though the gamecube doesn't accept them but nintendont can employ them to reset the system, yous'd take to add these two lines:Nice, you have the info y'all need.
Now follow this format to make the .ini:StickX is the left-right direction on the white stick and CstickX is the left-right direction on the xanthous stick.
RAnalog=
LAnalog=
Just add them at the end of your .ini.
